Hobby Dev
I'm a passionate gamer and hobby developer. I love creating little scripts or programs.
Sometimes they are just for fun, and sometimes they serve an actual purpose.
I like to explore the world of software development and learn things at my own pace.
I use the alias Ranz Lappen (which is german and roughly translates to dirty rag)
because I think it's funny and taking things too seriously can sometimes ruin the fun
it doesn't mean my work ethic isn't gonna be driven by efficiency,
it just helps me filter out people that don't share my kind of humor
Programming has never been more accessible than today.
Ai not only helps with debugging but can create whole functions or code snippets on the fly.
I too use Ai to make my life easier when coding, and I don't think it's a bad thing.
It saves alot of time and essentially eliminates the need for me to scour through stackoverflow whenever i hit a roadblock.
I think it's a very nice addition to the documentation.
Most of what I've done will probably never be public as the usecases are often very limited to my personal or work envoirenment.
But once in a while I'll try to make something that other people might find useful.
During my studies at the University I learned alot about the basics and also the professional-side of software development.
my trusted companions are vim and notepad++
an open source python project utilizing FFmpeg, yt-dlp, and the discord library.
an open source python project utilizing tkinter, numpy and sounddevice libraries
discontinued and no longer public as windows now has this feature by default.
